Description du poste
As a Digitalization Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving digitalization program within Boortmalt. You will lead and oversee the implementation of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute a forward-thinking digitalization strategy that propels us ahead of industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map and transition analog processes to digital ones.
Serve as a change agent, fostering a digital mindset throughout the organization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with various internal stakeholders, both business and IT
Collaborate with business units to understand their digital needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digitalization.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
Manage the end-to-end execution of digital projects, from ideation to implementation
Monitor progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project outcomes.
Description du profil
A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or related roles
Master degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Technology or related
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of Azure and SAP technology platforms
Experience with integrating AI solutions into existing systems
Strong foundation in project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2 and Agile, is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous or under-defined problems with a proactive "can do" work ethic, coupled with effective time management skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
