You have 3 to 7 years of experience in project portfolio management, staffing, or solution team coordination, ideally acquired in a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Kearney...), a scale-up, or as a Chief of Staff.
You use Claude (AI) daily to accelerate your workflows (indispensable and eliminatory criterion).
You are fluent in professional English, which is your daily working language with international clients.
You possess strong analytical skills and proficiency with tech, CRM, or data visualization tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel/Sheets).
You are result-oriented, autonomous, and capable of turning an ambiguous problem into a concrete action plan without requiring traditional direct line management.
Prior experience in the retail or supply chain sectors constitutes an excellent differentiator.
