You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft solutions, mainly with Teams, Power Platform, and other M365 applications. You will also work on change management and project management to ensure the adoption and success of the digital collaboration workplace transformation.

Main responsibilities and tasks

  • Assess the current state and needs of the organization and propose Microsoft solutions that align with the business objectives and vision.
  • Design, configure, and deploy Microsoft solutions, mainly with Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and other M365 applications, following the best practices and standards.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Microsoft solutions, ensuring the optimal performance and availability.
  • Train and coach, the end-users, and stakeholders on how to use the Microsoft solutions effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage the change management and communication plan to drive the adoption and satisfaction of the Microsoft solutions.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to ensure the integration and interoperability of the Microsoft solutions with other systems and platforms.
  • Monitor and report on the usage, feedback, and impact of the Microsoft solutions, and provide recommendations for improvement and enhancement.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Microsoft technologies and best practices and share the knowledge and insights with the team and the organization

Knowledge, abilities & experience

  • University or IT Engineer school Graduation.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience on a similar position

  • Expertise in SharePoint / Teams implementations.

  • Expertise in Power Platform

  • Experience with AvePoint Solution would be a plus

  • Experience in Solution Design and User Experience

  • Excellent, all-round communicator.

  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
