Job DescriptionProject Manager Senior - más de 7 años exp.
• Steer and monitor the BL / support function project portfolio
• In support of the Head of Governance & Portfolio, contribute to the AP investment governance, relying on Gate process and ensure alignment of project portfolio of his scope, with AP strategy, in coordination with Regional portfolio managers , functional departments across AXA Partners such as BU/BL, Finance, IT, Support functions, and Marketing.
• Ensure priorization of the initiatives in their portfolio
• Ensure monitoring of Project execution, provide major performance KPIs on their scope
• Maintain overall visibility of the BU/Support function project portfolio in the global portfolio repository (Planview) with monthly update
• Manage the coordination with the Regional portfolio managers and ensure good level of visibility and reporting on project execution on their scope
• manage synchronization with Finance forecast calendar and AP Transformation governance
• Contribute to the IT yearly strategic plan

Prefered experience:
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
• Experience of working at a senior level in a complex environment
• Language skills - Fluent in English (French or Spanish is a plus)
• Proven experience in project / portfolio management (demand and capacity planning, budget management)
• Proven experience in PMO
Required technical skills:
• Strong influential leadership behaviors in a matrix environment
• Strong knowledge of Agile Methodology and budget management financials reporting
Other skills or abilities expected :
• Ability to create and deliver communications to multiple levels in the organization (local, global, executive level)
• Ability to create and deliver regular portfolio performance reporting
• Ability to work in a result-oriented & fast-moving environment
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to review and analyse portfolio data to ask questions, make decisions and develop strategies to improve portfolio performance.
• Ability to make difficult decisions even in unclear or poorly defined situations and do so in a timely manner
• Use experience and expertise to innovate, challenge assumptions and enhance practices where necessary to achieve goals
