**Job Description:**
* As part of the complex offers & contracts team for helicopters, your main tasks and responsibilities will include: *
* * Contribute to securing Airbus Helicopters campaigns (military and civil) by establishing robust commercial and contractual terms and conditions, participating in the driving and the validation complex commercial offers in accordance with Airbus Helicopters sell process, interacting with all relevant stakeholders (sales, programme, finance etc) from strategy up to contract signature. *
* * Establish a commercial and contractual strategy to defend Airbus Helicopters' interests while meeting the operational constraints of the customers and partners (consortium agreement etc) being creative when needed. *
* * Ensure Airbus Helicopters' compliance to public tender requirements by securing the required legal and/or administrative documents as well the offer format *
* * Draft contractual documents, ensure that the winning strategy is reflected in the contract offer/proposal and adjust the contractual terms and conditions throughout the negotiation process. *
* * Take part in negotiations on all types of commercial and/or contractual issues. *
* * Analyse contractual terms and conditions proposed in calls for tender, assess the impact of said contractual terms and conditions, with the support of the Legal Department when necessary, and help to define a tendering strategy accordingly. *
* * Proactively offer his/her expertise and propose inventive solutions to meet any other contractual requests falling within the perimeter of the Complex Offers department. *
* * Pursue and complete continuous improvement projects within the offers and contracts area *
* This role may involve business travel in Europe and beyond and, as such, you must be able to travel accordingly. *
* Your profile: *
* * Professional experience: *
* * Experience in the practice of contract clauses or bid management, preferably in the defence industry. *
* * Experience of commercial negotiation and/or purchasing. *
* * Good understanding of business issues and the impact of contracts on the company's commercial, economic, financial and operational performance. *
* * Legal knowledge is a plus (contract law, competition law etc). *
* * Other skills required: *
* * Advanced written and communication skills are required for negotiations and representation to a variety of decision-makers (internal and/or external). *
* * Autonomous, detail-oriented, analytical, and strong organisational skills *
* * Commercial awareness, customer focus and can-do attitude. *
* * Team spirit, ability to put one's expertise at the service of others. *
* * Language skills: French and English negotiation level is mandatory. *
