Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement Manager (M/F) Réseau Alliance

• In collaboration with management, participate in defining the company's performance management system.

• Participate in the definition and evaluation of tools to be deployed.

• Participate in defining the measurement and analysis system for all industrial performance indicators and contribute to the reporting of the operational excellence service.

• In line with the company's strategy, lead and deploy Lean and performance activities on the site.

• Deploy and monitor the application of Lean Manufacturing tools.

• Ensure the improvement of flows (VSM, PDP, FIFO, TRS, etc.).

• Support managers in the application of quality/operational excellence rituals.

• Provide methodological support to various stakeholders: train, support, and advise teams on Lean Manufacturing tools, TPM, problem-solving according to defined standards (PDCA, QRQC, A3, 8D, Master Plan, etc.).

• With a Bac +5 education, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

• Compensation ranges from €52K to €65K/year + bonuses.

The position is based near Yvetot (76).

Reporting to the Service Director, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and monitoring the factory's continuous improvement projects.
