clinical study manager in an exciting CRO - Munich NONSTOP CONSULTING

our client is specialise in imaging technology who know work as a cro for develop and process different clinical study. They are now looking for a Clinical Study Manager to join their dynamic and friendly team. As an international position in a human-sized company, this role offers a position where you can develop your career with internal career development and full training of approximately 6 months (depending on experience). This is a full-time, permanent position where you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and manage your own project with excellent opportunities for progression.

As a clinical study manager, you will take care of the coordination of a various type of clinical study from different phases ( mostly phase II and III) on different therapeutical area (Oncology, tropical disease...).

Responsibilities:
- Prioritizing customer satisfaction by ensuring the success of the project
- Coordinating with all stakeholders involved in the study
- Monitoring study progress and reports, and adjusting study communication accordingly
- Facilitating necessary actions across all aspects, including sponsor decisions, communication, and bottleneck resolution
- Coordinating project management activities such as planning, implementation, and monitoring of deliverables and budgets
- Conducting risk and impact analysis, and taking responsibility for study specifications and documentation
- Monitoring compliance with quality assurance systems
- Maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards in collaboration with the STM lead to monitor study performance, and providing support during client audits
