Description du profil

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to develop teams
  • Experienced in all aspects of HACCP of Food Safety standards
  • Skilled in monitoring and controlling food costs by creative menu planning and keeping waste to a minimum
  • Must also be a people person, creative, empathetic with strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Adaptable and have a flexible approach to their work
  • Fluent in English
