Team's objectives and missions:

Our objectives and missions are to accelerate progress through stories of the outcomes Kyndryl delivers, growing alliance opportunities and bringing awareness to the unique value we bring to each customer - all while demonstrating the Kyndryl Way.

As ABM (Account Based Marketing), we work very closely with the account team to deliver on building and developing relationships, reputation, and revenue - both signings and pipeline bringing in social, account and market insights to the acct team and embedding these insights into the acct roadmap and defining a marketing strategy that addresses the customer needs to deliver on the 3Rs.

We invest a lot of time in understanding the services market - our customers (buyers) as individuals, the industry, our competitors and the macro-economic factors that influence the buying decisions. We are in the services industry and building trust is extremely important and listening to the customer needs and envisioning in a consultative way how to address these needs bringing together all our capabilities, our alliance partners and our platform Kyndryl Bridge.

As marketing, we have a seat at the table and have become part of the accountt team and need to continue to bring value to the acct team.

Missions:

o Grow our reputation by evolving our brand promise and establishing Kyndryl as trusted innovator

o Deepen existing relationships and penetrate new audience segments

o Support Kyndryl's growth strategy and drive quantitative signings results

o Foster positive engagement, build our culture and earn Employer of Choice

Responsibilities: (please provide the missions under a bullet points format)

· Mission 1 - Work closely with the customer unit team to develop marketing strategies that target our key customers in the industry sectors to drive relationships, reputation and revenue. The marketing plan should be based on the customer needs and the agreed upon road map co-developed with the acct team. Collaboration and being part of acct engagement team is important

· Mission 2 - Customer advocates is importation in a services business. We build our brand reputation and relationships when we get other people to advocate for us. Brand building is key for Kyndryl and our reputation is extremely important. Creating customer stories and leveraging social and digital channels to amplify these stories.

Level of qualification prepared during apprenticeship

Masters in Business Administration

Required hard skills

Marketing Degree and an understanding of the key concepts of marketing and business acumen

Required soft skills

Curious, willingness to learn, great communication skills - both verbal and written, team player, pro-active, innovative and entrepreneurial spirit
