*What you will be doing *
You will join the Material support and Logistics department, and will be part of the Reconditioned parts team, which has, among its missions, the responsibility to:
* Create a new source of supply based on used helicopters and second-hand parts
* Resolve customer backorders and AOG
* Bring solution for obsolescence and erratic parts
* Reduce waste at aircraft end-of-life, offset CO2 emissions from manufacturing and foster reuse and recycling
* Support our customers by proposing alternative parts with attractive prices
* Develop new business and improve Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty
You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of Reconditioned parts Business Developer and can expect to be involved in the following:
Develop new Reconditioned parts business by:
* Identifying and challenging the reconditioned parts needs of our internal and external customers, including Airbus Helicopters Customers Centers
* Improving the visibility of the activity through communication and marketing campaigns
* Setting up the recycling and the sustainability strategy for the activity
You will work with various stakeholders (Repair & Overhaul Representatives, Program Support Officers, Program, Obsolescence team, Legal, Procurement, Front office, Support & Services Experts, Subsidiaries, Warehouse ...).
At the end of the development program you will have developed:
* Experience in Airbus Helicopters support & services activities
* Knowledge of aircraft configuration and Repair & Overhaul activity
* Knowledge of the contract and legal aspects
* SAP knowledge
* Sustainability context, constraints, standards
Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position. You will have the opportunity to change the mission by acting on Business development for Airbus Helicopters Market Place.
Throughout the two year development programme you will have developed into the position of Reconditioned parts & Market Place Business Developer!
*What we are looking for*
To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate you have:
- A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study
- Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Executive Master Business Administration
- Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
- A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
- The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
