What you'll be doing in this role:

• Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant

• Taking orders, serving drinks, and interacting with guests

• Recommending drinks based on guest preferences

• Mixing cocktails and presenting the bar menu

• Promoting menu items and upselling specials

• Restocking and maintaining bar inventory and supplies

• Ensuring an exceptional guest experience

• Following all food and beverage regulations

We're looking for someone who is:

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Skilled in mixology, with expertise in classic and modern cocktails, ingredients, techniques, and presentation

• Knowledgeable about alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and able to make informed recommendations to guests

• Proficient in POS systems for order entry and payment processing

• Skilled in inventory management, reducing waste, and assisting with supply orders

• An effective communicator with guests and colleagues

• Highly organized and able to multitask under pressure

• Guest-oriented, always seeking to provide excellent service and enhance guest experience

• A proactive problem-solver, able to handle unexpected situations efficiently

• A team player who collaborates across departments to deliver top service

• Willing and eager to learn, mentor others, and continuously improve skills
