Longueville Manor is the 1st and only 5 red AA star Hotel, with one Michelin key in the Channel Islands. It is situated a mile to the east of St. Helier, the capital of the Island of Jersey. The island is fringed with miles of sandy beaches and is frequently blessed with the longest hours of sunshine in the UK. Set in 17 acres of parkland, this 13th century Norman manor house has been lovingly restored and run as a hotel by the Lewis family for over 75 years.

Today, the hotel has 22 double rooms, 6 suites and a 2 bedroom cottage, with a 3AA rosette restaurant, which enjoys a strong local following as well as an international reputation and is the only Relais & Châteaux member in the Channel Islands.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our distinguished bar team within our luxury hotel. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented mixologist to work in a refined setting, delivering world-class service and showcasing creativity through expertly crafted cocktails.

As a Bartender, you will be part of a dynamic and professional team, dedicated to providing an unforgettable guest experience. You'll create both classic and innovative cocktails using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and modern techniques, while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and hospitality.

• Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist within a luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or high-end cocktail bar
• Excellent knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and mixology principles
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service
• Impeccable personal presentation and attention to detail
• A positive, professional attitude and strong teamwork skills

• £27560.00 per annum
• On average tips are £4500 per annum
• 40 hours over a 5-day week
