We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time experienced Bartender to join us at Mikey Ryan's Bar & Kitchen. Mikey Ryan's offers a high end casual food & beverage option to both hotel guests at the Cashel Palace Hotel and local patrons.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate looking to build their hospitality career with a forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Food and Beverage Team to ensure all guests receive an excellent experience in the bar.
• Ensure service standards are kept to the highest level whilst continually looking for areas to improve.
• Work with and assist the waiting staff where necessary.
• Connect with colleagues and guests alike in a positive and friendly manner.
• Attend various trainings that will help to develop you in your career.
