  • Minimum 10 years of successful experience as a sales or account manager successfully selling software solutions to C-Level.
  • Proficiency with CRM or sales management software (Salesforce…)
  • Love to work in an international environment and willing to travel as required.
  • Fluency in English and any other relevant language is essential.
Job Description

As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships between SBS and its existing clients. Your primary focus is to ensure client satisfaction, secure the cash, drive revenue growth, and maximize the value of SBS's products and related services. You will manage and monitor the client's activities with the support of SBS's operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Manager at SBS, you will manage an existing portfolio of financial institutions (between 8 and 10 clients) operating in your designated market. You will be part of the sales team and report to a Senior Client Manager.

Your main responsibilities include:

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage a list of existing clients in a country.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the client and ensure its satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain a trusted and long-lasting relationship with the account.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Monitor business and contractual relations (signing of amendments, invoicing…).
  • Secure the cash and invoices payment.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in the client relationship.

Account Development and Sales

  • Secure the sales objectives achievement by identifying customer needs in advance.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to clients.
  • Participate and execute account expansion strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Ensure effective follow-up of business proposals and the respect of commitments.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Guarantee the prioritization of customer requests in SBS.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded on time.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote new products and services to existing customers.

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop and execute account plans that align with both the client's and SBS's objectives with a long-term vision.
  • Use data and insights to provide strategic recommendations for improving client outcomes.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting

  • Conduct regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates for senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Committed to achieve forecasted quarterly revenue.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize account management strategies.

Market and Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on the client's ecosystem (market trends, competitive landscape, partners…)
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business challenges and objectives and the SBS's ability to help the customer achieve them.
