Guest Agent- Stagione 2024- Borgo San Felice Resort Relais & Châteaux

La figura, riportando al Front Office Manager, si occuperà di:
• Svolgere operativamente le attività di Guest Service
• Proporre attivamente e vendere esperienze a disposizione agli Ospiti
• Corrispondenza con Ospiti e Agenzie nei tempi previsti dalle procedure
• Seguire attivamente gli Ospiti durante il soggiorno e raccogliere riscontri

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the figure will be responsible for:
• Operationally carry out Guest Service activities
• Actively proposing and selling experiences available to Guests
• Correspondence with Guests and Agencies within the times established by the procedures
• Actively follow Guests during their stay and collect feedback

• Disponibilità full time da lunedì a domenica con un giorno di riposo nel corso della stagione

• Formazione su mondo Relais & Chateaux e quality assessment, principali normative vigenti
• Piano inserimento circuito HR Relais & Chateaux
• Assistenza e supporto sanitario con Medico Aziendale

• Seasonal fixed-term contract April- November 2024) with right of precedence for the following year)

• Diploma/Laurea
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese. Gradita la conoscenza di almeno una terza lingua
• Esperienza di almeno tre anni maturata in hotel 4/5* e/o Relais & Chateaux
• Conoscenza PMS (principali gestionali alberghieri)
• Conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici
• Capacità di iniziativa, rispetto procedure e lavoro di squadra
• Completano il profilo: serietà, doti relazionali, empatiche e di orientamento all'ospite con spiccata predisposizione a gestire e risolvere le problematiche nell'immediatezza, capacità di gestione dello stress

• Diploma/Degree
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English. Knowledge of at least one third language is welcome
• Experience of at least three years gained in 4/5* hotels and/or Relais & Chateaux
• Knowledge of PMS (main hotel management)
• Knowledge of the main IT tools
• Capacity for initiative, compliance with procedures and teamwork
• The profile is completed by: seriousness, relational, empathetic and guest orientation skills with a marked predisposition to manage and resolve problems immediately, ability to manage stress
