Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of 10 process engineers to achieve robust and lasting results, promoting career development and building a solid succession plan.

• Provide technical expertise in manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Handle CAPA, derivations, and all continuous improvement links with USP processes at the plant.

• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate team performance and achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cell culture USP, including at least 2 years of team management experience.

• Proficiency in CHO cell culture and large-scale production in a GMP environment.

• Fluent in English with strong communication and leadership skills.
