• affianca gli chef de rang durante il servizio in sala colazioni
• durante il servizio serale è responsabile del pass e delle comande
• si occupa di sbarazzare la sala, pulire e mantenere l'ordine

• Contratto a tempo determinato da metà giugno ai primi di settembre, con possibilità di conferma per la stagione successiva da metà novembre circa fino a metà aprile

• Disponibilità full time da lunedì a domenica su turni, con n° 1 giorno di riposo
