We have a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join us at the Cashel Palace Hotel, in our Michelin star fine dining restaurant The Bishop's Buttery

A Palladian manor, in the heart of Ireland, Cashel Palace is a luxury hideaway, meticulously restored and exquisitely reimagined. Spectacularly located by the Rock of Cashel in picturesque Co. Tipperary, the hotel is enveloped in nature and overlooked by ancient history. We are also proud members of Ireland's Blue Book and Relais & Chateaux.

This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Restaurant/Hospitality manager looking to build their careers with a forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively lead The Bishop's Buttery Team to ensure all guests receive an excellent experience.
  • Ensure service standards are kept to the highest level whilst continually looking for areas to improve.
  • Lead your team effectively with on-going service standards training and personal development plans.
  • Continually update service offerings in line with trends and guest expectations.
  • Connect with colleagues and guests alike in a positive and friendly manner.
  • Manage team rosters, stock, costs, and budgets in line with company expectations.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that communication is strong between the entire Restaurant Team.
