Field Marketing Mger Benelux & Digital Marketing

Profil:

The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible as an individual contributor for driving the start-to-finish execution of marketing initiatives within targeted budget parameters. Accountable to build brand awareness, brand preference over competitors and generate leads to support healthy sales pipeline and in-year revenue goals. The Field Marketing Manager will manage and report results including return on investment (RoI) for all initiatives. She/He will serve as the voice of the field to the central marketing organization, providing local requirements to ensure successful deployment of centrally-available resources and share best practices. She/He is also responsible to ensure internal awareness of all initiatives with sales and business development teams.

Define and drive execution of regional integrated marketing plan tactics and go-to-market initiatives to create demand with target audiences/markets and accelerate pipeline: Initiatives include trade shows, virtual events, road shows, digital marketing programs, demand generation campaigns and creation of case studies/references. In addition this role covers a EUNO responsibility for Digital marketing extending campaigns to the web and social media making sure social media channels become a solid part of the marketing mix.
Manage sales communications to ensure engagement. Provide regional support for global programs and localization of content. Leverage central marketing programs, tailoring for local market.
Manage the local discretionary marketing spending and represent Benelux with the overall marketing planning.
Foster the sharing of best practices; Manage and track program budget, actual vs. forecast; Manage and track results against target KPIs including RoI reporting: Lead the reporting function to measure results across all initiatives to ensure optimal performance; Operational program management of the local marketing plans (budgets, execution, results).

Qualification:
- Marketing and communications experience.
- Experience in ICT sector highly welcome.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- English language is a must, French required (for French speaking part of Belgium and for Luxembourg).
