Job Description:

The Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment and selection of the right talents and professionals for Segula Technologies/EK Design Austria. You support recruitment processes and develop a database with candidate profiles that fit our organization. You continuously develop new recruitment methods and you work closely with the hiring Group Leads to achieve the right match. With your recruitment talent you recruit the right candidates for Segula Technologies/EK Design Austria and contribute significantly to the growth of our organization!

• Creating and updating job adverts and social media postings

• Delivering timely and effectively the right candidates

• Approaching candidates by means of direct search (hunting/active sourcing)

• Screening of all CV's at application stage

• Conducting (telephone) interviews to assess candidate suitability to the relevant job role

• Managing internal databases with updates on candidates throughout the recruitment process (filling out application profiles, sending information back to applicants, allocate to locations in Austria, get in contact with candidate if some information is still missing)

• Ensuring timely feedback is supplied to all applicants throughout the recruitment process

• Develop creative recruitment methods and solutions to find the right candidates in the current and future labor market

• Help with marketing activities

• Networking

Qualifications/Profile:

• Is an outgoing personality who likes to socialize and meet new people

• Is able to perform in a challenging, commercially driven and dynamic international environment

• Has at least completed an education on BSc level in HR, Business Administration or commercial economics

• Is able to structure work and has no problem with administrative tasks

• Has good communication skills and is able to prioritize and align work demands in order to execute his/her activities and support the management of Segula Technologies/EK Design Austria

• Is a team player who works pro-actively and takes an extra step without asking

• Preferably has experience in labor market communication, (online) searching and social media recruitment

• Is fluent in English (in word and writing); German is preferred

• Has a very good level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power-Point, Word, Outlook)
