Step into serenity at Gilpin Hotel & Lake House, where luxury meets nature in the heart of the Lake District. We're seeking a passionate, professional Spa Therapist to join our dedicated team, offering bespoke treatments in a truly breath-taking setting.

You'll deliver exceptional treatments in our Spa Space, Jetty Space, private spa lodges and suites, each designed to offer guests a deeply personal and restorative experience in a setting that blends natural beauty with contemporary luxury. From holistic massages to advanced facials, you'll help guests unwind, recharge, and reconnect as part of a close-knit team that embodies authenticity, warmth, and attention to detail.

Your Role as Spa Therapist:

• Delivers a range of high-end treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies with precision and care.

• Provides a warm, personalised experience for every guest.

• Supports the spa team in creating a tranquil, welcoming environment.

• Contributes to the smooth running of the spa and guest experience.

• Maintains immaculate treatment rooms and upholds hygiene standards.

• Recommends products and wellness routines tailored to individual needs.

• Stays informed on the latest wellness techniques and product innovations.

✨ What You Bring:

• Recognised qualifications in treatments and massage therapy (at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or spa settings.

• A calm, professional demeanour and genuine passion and care for the guest experience.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Salary: £12.25 - £13.25 per hour, 24 hours per week

Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £240 to £550 per month. Pro rated to part time hours worked. Plus commission on any retail sales you make.
