Faurecia's VIE Program?

The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment?

Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group - NAO Division is looking for you as a VIE Master Scheduler m/f for our Gladstone plant in Columbus, IN - USA.

Your role and responsibilities?

Your main missions will be to

Analyse, understand, and anticipate the customer needs; ensuring that they are reflected in production activities
Analyse customer Misdeliveries Per Million (MPM) in order to propose improvement action plans
Define and optimise data gathering and exchange to ensure data integrity in systems
Follow up the achievement of the customer delivery program by managing alerts and following up with the transportation and the delivery of pièces
Prepare the Sales & Operations Planning (PIC) on a monthly basis in order to obtain proper volume levels and optimise resources (men, machines, materials and supplier readiness and capacity)
Implement and drive the Master Production Schedule (PDP) to ensure a level production plan and make production line provisions for variations of customers demand
Manage the pool and safety stocks levels
Check that the sequencer and procurements are consistent with the PDP

The mission will last 12 months.

Who are you?

Master's degree in Engineering
Fluent in English
First experience production in an industrial environment
