This role combines global business development responsibilities in the Prefab market and European development in Concrete Reinforcement and Repair, alongside the management and deployment of ADFORS' innovation processes. The position requires strong cross-functional coordination, market understanding, and the ability to drive strategic roadmaps and deliver adapted customer solutions.
1. Business Development - Prefab Markets Worldwide
You will identify and analyze new business opportunities across segments, customer types, partnerships, and innovative solutions such as wide roll formats, pigmented glues, and EG fusion technologies.
You will define the global roadmap to grow ADFORS presence in the Prefab market and lead the execution of key development projects involving internal teams and external customers.
By aligning product offerings with specific customer needs, you will contribute to accelerating ADFORS sales in this segment, estimated at a 30 M€ potential.
A key part of the role is coordinating a global, multifunctional team to ensure consistent implementation and successful commercialization.
In the modular construction wall finishing segment, you will support the industrial and commercial ramp-up in Europe and manage the transfer of the pre-qualified offer to regional commercial teams.
2. Business Development - Concrete Reinforcement & Repair (EU)
You will identify market opportunities and define the European growth roadmap for ADFORS solutions in reinforcement and repair of concrete.
Working closely with regional marketing, R&D, and sales teams, you will support prospecting efforts and develop partnerships that strengthen ADFORS' market presence.
You will lead cross-functional projects to deliver offers aligned with customer expectations and drive sales expansion within the segment.
As in the Prefab segment, you will coordinate a global multifunctional team ensuring smooth project execution and strategic alignment.
3. Innovation Manager - ADFORS
You will define and structure innovation management processes across ADFORS and ensure their adoption among all relevant stakeholders.
As an SG Innovation catalyst, you will support ADFORS and Saint-Gobain teams in deploying innovation tools, methods, and mindset.
You will train teams on innovation tools-including eco-innovation-and support them in applying innovation processes throughout their projects.
You will contribute to the evolution and measurement of innovation processes and KPIs, working closely with the corporate Innovation team.
You will act as the key owner of the project and portfolio management tool (Cockpit), ensuring its continuous improvement in collaboration with corporate counterparts.
4. Occasional Transversal Support
On a case-by-case basis, you will support the Construction Fabrics regions and Business Units in defining, monitoring, and analyzing marketing studies in collaboration with the Market Intelligence team.
Description du profil
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or in a relevant technical field
Innovation mindset with proven ability to use related innovation tools
Ability to work effectively with market intelligence tools
Strong customer approach across various markets, including the ability to lead interviews, investigate customer pain points, and define value propositions
Proven experience in leading complex projects, with the capacity to operate at both strategic and operational levels
Strong ability to work within multifunctional and multicultural environments
Good pedagogical skills to support and guide teams
Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
Experience in designing and facilitating workshops (tech days, ideation sessions, etc.)
Excellent command of English (written and spoken); French is a plus
